How long do carpets take to dry?
Most carpets are dry in around 30 minutes thanks to our professional Texatherm system. This means minimal disruption and no long waiting times.
Do you move furniture?
Yes — we can move light and medium furniture such as sofas, chairs and small tables.
We don’t move very heavy or fragile items (wardrobes, large bookcases, antiques), but we’ll clean around them safely.
Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
Yes. All products we use are safe, low‑moisture and non‑toxic, making them suitable for homes with children and pets.
Can you remove stains?
We can remove most common stains including food, drink, mud, oils and general spills.
Some older or permanent stains may not fully lift, but we’ll always give honest advice before starting.
Do you clean wool carpets?
Yes — we use methods and products that are safe for wool, including low‑moisture cleaning that protects delicate fibres.
Do you offer deodorising or odour removal?
Yes — we can apply professional deodorising treatments to help remove pet odours, smoke smells and general household odours.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
Most homes benefit from a professional clean every 12–18 months.
Homes with pets, children or high foot traffic may need cleaning more frequently, and often cleaned every six months.
Do you clean upholstery?
Yes — we clean sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and other upholstered furniture using safe, effective low‑moisture methods.
Do you clean hard floors?
Yes — we can clean and restore a range of hard floors including vinyl, LVT and safety flooring.

Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?
No — we take care of all the preparation, including vacuuming if needed.
If you prefer to vacuum beforehand, that’s absolutely fine too.
Will cleaning shrink my carpets?
No — our low‑moisture Texatherm system is designed to avoid over‑wetting, which is the main cause of shrinkage with older cleaning methods.
Can you clean carpets in flats or upstairs rooms?
Yes — our equipment is portable and suitable for flats, apartments and multi‑storey homes.
Do you offer commercial carpet cleaning?
Yes — we clean offices, shops, communal areas, rental properties and more.
We can arrange out‑of‑hours appointments if needed.
Are you insured?
Yes — we are fully insured for all work carried out in your home or business.
How long does a typical job take?
Most three‑room cleans take a few hours to clean, depending on room size, carpet condition and how much furniture is in the room.
